The Landfall Community Experience

Situated almost right on the coast of Wilmington, North Carolina, the Landfall community seems to have everything that a homeowner could want: location, friendly neighbors, and amenities that allow you the best of coastal living.

But how do you know if it’s right for you? Your local experts on the Michelle Clark Team understand how difficult it can be to make a decision about where to relocate when you’re not familiar with the neighborhood or its surrounding area.

That’s why we offer our discovery packages to potential buyers, giving them a taste of what they could live with every day if a Landfall home caught their eye! But in the meantime, we’re happy to give you a virtual tour of sorts and give you the rundown on some of our favorite features and amenities of this landmark community here in southeastern North Carolina.
Country Club of Landfall

As a gated community, where privacy and quiet is held in the highest esteem, Landfall boasts an exclusive club that just so happens to be the focal point of the neighborhood. The Country Club of Landfall offers its members a wide variety of amenities, including two championship golf courses, tennis courts, and an active social calendar created with all of the members in mind. Each month introduces something special, from cocktail parties to wine tastings or Sunday brunches. But that doesn’t mean the kids won’t have anything to do – junior programs are offered throughout the year for younger residents to enjoy.

Top-tier Golfing

Situated in a region known for some impressive golf courses, it says a lot about Landfall’s facilities that residents and their guests flock to them all year long. Designed and built by Jack Nicklaus and Pete Dye, the two courses have a total of 45 holes and offer hours of entertainment and community building alike. You might even consider joining one of the leagues, which provide their members with competition as well as opportunities to mingle close to home.

Drysdale Sports Center

If golf isn’t your game, but you still want to keep active and involved with your community, Landfall also hosts the Drysdale Sports Center. Residents can use any of the 13 lighted courts, or even sign up for private lessons or clinics. But that isn’t all; from swimming to yoga, or one-on-one sessions with certified trainers, members have plenty of options for staying fit at this center, and a fully stocked pro shop so they can take some of the best in-house equipment and gear home with them.
