Michelle Clark-Bradley is accurately described as passionate, professional, and trustworthy, but that barely touches the surface. Since becoming a Broker at the Wrightsville Beach Intracoastal Realty office, Michelle has earned numerous professional designations, but is most proud of being recognized by her peers with the Cape Fear Realtor Association’s prestigious Paul Sullins Community Service Award and as Salesperson of the Year. Designations include enhancing her already powerful negotiation skills by becoming a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS). Being a specialist ensures she offers a high level of service unique to both buyers’ and sellers’ needs when it comes to a luxury investment and second homes, as well as 1031 Exchanges. Michelle became a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) as well, where she gained a deeper understanding of the real estate needs and desires of customers aged 50 and older. Michelle is also a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), which allows her to better work with buyers and sellers of short sale properties. In all levels of properties, Michelle maintains a useful knowledge of the current market and conditions that affect her clients and customers.

Honesty and integrity are important values that she uses daily. It’s evident in her work ethic, as well as the service she provides to her community. Michelle balances her work with time volunteering with many local organizations, such as serving as a board member for the Landfall Foundation for six years, volunteering with Beacon Education/ Girls Leadership Academy of Wilmington (GLOW), Women’s Impact Network (WIN), serving as an American Heart Association Heart Walk Team Captain for the past twelve years. Michelle currently serves as a Lay Leader at Wrightsville United Methodist Church, and she has been a loyal supporter and contributor to numerous other organizations and non-profit groups.

Michelle has been a member of the Country Club of Landfall since 2006, and particularly appreciates the tennis groups, dining opportunities, and many annual community and social events. Her active involvement helps her stay entrenched in the community from both a personal and professional perspective.

In her personal life Michelle’s adventurous side is evident. She loves traveling, playing tennis, hiking and enjoying fine wine. In 2020 Michelle married the love of her life, Kevin Bradley, and has added hiking the Dolomites in Italy with him to her bucket list, as well as spending more time in Italy and Switzerland. Michelle and Kevin are animal lovers, who currently share their home with two rescued cats.

Michelle is an Ohio native with a BBA from Ohio University in General Business, Business Pre-Law and Human Resource Management and a minor in Political Science. Her strong background working in a telecommunication company’s real estate division provides her with experience in sales and negotiations, which benefits clients in her work today.

She supports the UNCW Seahawks, but roots most enthusiastically for her favorite professional football team, the Cleveland Browns.

Michelle’s interactions with clients don’t end when the keys are handed over; Michelle makes it a point to help people moving to the area get acclimated and find groups and people with similar interests and hobbies.

After 17 years as a real estate broker in Manhattan, Wendy McElhinney, her husband John, and their two daughters, Avery and Cuyler, decided to make life at the beach permanent.  Since then the McElhinneys have been an active part of the Wilmington community and everything this area has to offer.  They originally joined the Country Club of Landfall to make new friends and enjoy the pool, but have remained active members, participating and enjoying all of the amenities and activities and the people.  Wendy and her family are also members of St. Therese Catholic Church.    

As a Managing Director at Cassidy Turley, Wendy was part of a top producing team responsible for more than 2 million square feet, with clients in every top tier city east of the Mississippi. Her strong organizational skills and client relationship experience have produced valuable business associations and, more importantly, lifelong friends.

Wendy is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree and has an MBA from George Washington University. She also has an Advanced Professional Certificate in real estate from New York University.  Wendy’s professional affiliations include Cape Fear Realtor Association, National Association of Realtors, and Cape Fear CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). Additionally, she served on the board of directors for the YWCA and the Architectural Review Committee for Landfall for four years.

This New Jersey native lived in the North Carolina communities of Chapel Hill and Greensboro before making Wilmington her home.  She has extensive experience as a real estate professional in New Jersey and brings that knowledge and dedication to her work on the top-producing Michelle Clark Team at the Wrightsville Beach office with Intracoastal Realty. 

Amy and her family chose Landfall as their home and have been full members for more than 10 years. She really wouldn’t live anywhere else!  Amy considers Landfall “a camp for adults,” and especially enjoys an early morning game of Pickleball or a round of golf.  Amy is Captain of the USTA 55+ team and can become your #1 resource for all Landfall activities.  Landfall’s Sports Center offers so many health & fitness classes, and Amy’s personal favorites include Barre, Yoga, Pilates, TRX and the summer Aqua Fitness.  Amy’s young grandchild loves visiting Grammy and enjoying the pool, playground and nearby beaches, and she eagerly anticipates the birth of her second grandchild.

Amy’s sheepadoodle Hadley loves evenings playing with other pups at the soccer field while Amy visits with friends before Hadley heads home tired and happy, ready for a quiet sleep. 

Landfall members have moved from all over the country and the world, and many wonderful friendships have begun inside the gates of this nature-filled, tranquil and scenic community.  Landfall is the perfect retirement community, but the desirable lifestyle attracts young families as well.

A North Carolina native, Kelly Strickland has lived from the capital to the coast! After living in Raleigh and on Hatteras Island on the Outer Banks, Kelly attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and soon found her home in the Cape Fear Region. Here, she’s become a member of the Wilmington regional Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, with special certification in home staging.

Kelly’s zest for the coastal lifestyle and her love for the outdoors naturally led her to the position of Parks and Recreation Program Coordinator for the town of Wrightsville Beach, a position she held for nearly 10 years. In addition to her work at the park, Kelly has planned and coordinated numerous programs and special events for all ages. Strong communication and excellent organizational skills have followed Kelly into the real estate business. Nicole (Nikki) Hawthorne’s appreciation for living around the gorgeous Wilmington area beaches radiates through her business and personal relationships.  She and her family moved here in 2004 when she co-founded a successful recruiting business and has never looked back. Catherine is a North Carolina native, born in Chapel Hill and grew up in Raleigh. Since 1996 she has happily resided in Wilmington in Landfall and Wrightsville Beach.

Her three daughters attended Wrightsville Beach Elementary and Cape Fear Academy. Catherine was an active volunteer at both schools as well as FoxTroupe Dance Company, Opera House Theater Company, Landfall Country Club and Dreams Of Wilmington. Presently, in addition to being a realtor, she teaches art, sewing and metalsmithing to children at Dreams of Wilmington and makes handcrafted jewelry from gold and silver.

Catherine developed a keen appreciation for homes and property as a young girl, reading the real estate guide in Saturday’s newspaper growing up and then scouring the old Cape Fear Real Estate guide as an adult every week. Her tasteful eye and skill at curb appeal, gardening and home decor landed her house in the Arboretum Garden tour and a Landfall home tour. She would be a tremendous asset in getting a home ready and appealing for buyers.

A native of Georgia, Linda received a BBA in Finance and studied law at night at Georgia State University. She had a legal and corporate career in Atlanta for many years and managed the Intellectual Property portfolio at BellSouth Corporation’s international headquarters until 2001 where she worked with international lawyers, marketing teams and clients. From her years with a major international law firm and BellSouth, Linda had extensive experience in financial deals, contracts and negotiating, skills which make real estate a natural second career. After spending time visiting with her sister here, she fell in love with Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach.

Linda enjoys meeting new people as well as research for her clients in Wilmington and its surrounding areas. She has been a hands-on manager of her clients’ transactions for 19 years and prides herself on smooth closings. Along with the exceptional people and resources of Intracoastal Realty and The Michelle Clark Team, she will make sure goals are met with the highest level of comfort possible. Her eye for quality décor and design complements her residential sales which comes in handy for staging homes for best exposure.

Karen Deutsch has roots in New Hanover County dating back to the early 1900’s when her great-grandfather was the first young man from New Hanover County to enlist in WWI. She is a North Carolina native, a graduate from NC State University with a Pre-Med degree and spent several years working in clinical trials in Research Triangle Park.

Karen and her family love living in Wilmington, and she enjoys “this awesome beautiful town” they call home. She loves Crossfit, playing the piano, and spending days at the beach with her 3 children, Trey, Harrison and Mallory. When she is not in her Wrightsville Beach office or with clients, she spends time watching her oldest son play college baseball, being cruised around on their boat by her Captain son and watching her daughter play soccer. She feels so blessed to live in an amazing community that offers so much for an active or laid back lifestyle.

Karen became interested in real estate when she was staging homes for a local real estate agent. She saw first-hand the satisfaction this agent felt from assisting people buying and selling a home, and she was inspired to begin a new career. She considers the satisfaction more like gratitude because she sees the role more about helping people achieve a dream as well as serving the community.

When her husband Dan transitioned from being an active duty Navy Submariner to the Naval Reserves, they moved to Wilmington where Laurie continued to serve in the capacity as a Probation/Parole Officer while raising their three children, who are now grown and raising families of their own.

Since 2021 Laurie has been a very active volunteer for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, after her young granddaughter Aria lost her battle with infant AML. Her family has raised more than $42,000 for St. Jude’s and created Aria’s Pride Foundation to provide emotional and financial support for other families and Aria’s Library, providing children’s books for pediatric units in hospitals. Laurie makes a donation to St. Jude’s after each real estate closing, honoring Aria and supporting children everywhere.

My name is Keaton Godsey, and I am the newest member of the highly regarded Michelle-Clark team at Intracoastal Realty. I moved to Wilmington in 2023 after spending a majority of my years in a small town of 13,000 people in southern Indiana. I know you are probably curious why I left such an exciting midwestern state, (visions of corn and soybean fields still plague my mind) but I heard from a friend of a friend that Wilmington was the place to be — and they could not have been more right.

Getting my North Carolina broker license and living downtown on the riverwalk is everything I could have hoped for and more. When I am not helping families find their forever homes, you can usually find me in one of Wilmington’s coffee shops sipping a matcha latte, or on a golf course searching for golf balls since I probably ran out a couple holes ago… All jokes aside, Wilmington has welcomed me with open arms and I love all the city has to offer; from the diversity of the people that live here, to the vast selection of food, drink, and entertainment establishments located around every corner.

Larisa Gadalla has been involved in the real estate business since 2004, and when she and her husband relocated from Charlotte, NC to Wilmington, she was the perfect fit for the top-producing Michelle Clark Team at Intracoastal Realty. Larisa’s real estate expertise and experience, combined with her quick wit, never-ending energy, sense of humor and infectious laughter make working with her easy and so much fun. Larisa serves as Administrative Assistant and Closing Coordinator for the Michelle Clark Team, but she is so much more.

Larisa and her husband Dave love living at the beach and enjoy trail runs and playing with their two dogs Penelope, a Pitbull/Boxer mix and Hanby, an energetic Plothound puppy. Dave is an Ironman tri-athlete, so vacations usually involve exercise balanced with friends and fun. As a Breast Cancer survivor, Larisa is passionate about Breast Cancer awareness, so her community service always involves organizations such as Little Pink Houses of Hope.

Friends and co-workers would describe Larisa as compassionate, reliable, energetic, funny, silly, organized, and the best “bedazzler” anywhere around. She keeps the office (and agents) organized and on track, while maintaining an atmosphere of laughter and love.
